Mino-ing At Max: 19th 19th 19th 19th 19th

So during the night before my birthday, it was a Saturday night, my crave for some good bites of Prosperity burger from McDonalds came knocking in. I was in Uniten, had to stay for the examinations on the following week.

So I rang up Mei Ling to accompany me to dinner. Being indecisive since forever, we finally decided to check on the Aeon Jusco mall thing in Cheras. I've never been there before, so Mei Ling directed the way. We had some yogurt and burger and fries, and talked about birthday stuff and about over it. Then we made our ways back to Uniten. Mei Ling gave me a very awesome handmade card, which got me all excited and jumping all about! It was my first 19th birthday present. Very artistic and thoughtful of her :)

So when the clock struck 12, I had messages and calls coming in, one of it was from my good friend from school, Sarah, calling all the way from Egypt hahahah so cute. Then my housemates knocked on my door, serenading birthday song and and least that I know, they've gotten me a very cool red sweater! You know that feeling when those shirts or outfits that you wear wrap your body very nice and perfectly? That was the feeling when I first wore that sweater. Still is!

On the next day, my family brought me out to Alamanda for some feast. We had a very nice lunch and dropped by a cousin's apartment in GMI later. When I reached Uniten, it was almost dusk and honestly, I was kinda worn out from the outing during the day. I then remembered that Sharon and Chee Kai wanted to take me out for spaghetti! Sharon talked about it about a week ago, and didn't follow up since then. So I thought perhaps she has forgotten about it. When I wanted to ask if she's skipping it, she said Chee Kai is already waiting downstairs and I'm like whoooaaat! Hahahah and my dear Ah Pau Pauline was also tagging along!

So Chee Kai brought us to this one nice village kind-but not so village-but western restaurant in Serdang. The place was very homey and plus, I have not had a nice round of spaghetti for quite a while (that I remember of) so I was very thrilled! When I browsed through the menu, daaaaaaaamn the chicken looked kinda good too! So I chose the chicken chop and just talked and talked with Sharon, Pauline and Chee Kai over the meal.

Maybe I was too worn out that I forgotten to take the photos of the meals. Or we were all too tempted by the meals when they arrive. Anyhooow, we head back home once we're done. Although I kept saying that I'm all exhausted, I kept talking non stop in the car (I should really go easy on that). And Pauline was kind enough to entertain every single word that came out of my mouth lol. We arrived in Uniten, reaching Murni and hah, Chee Kai stopped the car. I, who were talking like there's no tomorrow, was a bit terrified. Even more when I saw a group of people gathering at the corner, in the dark. Then they turned around, and I was sooooooooooooooo shocked when I knew that those were my friends, waiting for me with a big awesome cake! I was too shocked to even step out of Chee Kai's car, that they had to pull me out.

So we sang another birthday song, as I blew off the candles on the cake. Relwin, Jack and Wen Li kept apologising me for the condition of the cake. They said it was the YOLO birthday cake, as it has travelled 170km/hour to get to Uniten hahahah. The boys got me a very nice and cute mini pen! It was a really pleasant night. It's awesome how people could be really cute and ahaa awesome at times :))
